K1, an Irish based construction service, has launched to offer Irish homeowners peace of mind and fair pricing when it comes to engaging builders, contractors and tradespeople on their home building or renovations.
K1 is set up by two Wicklow and Laois based professionals with civil and mechanical engineering experience able to advice on all areas of build right through to services and finishings.
One of the services K1 offer is charged at a fixed rate of €398 ex Vat per Month and provides homeowners with the peace of mind they deserve when undertaking stressful home development.

Our service offers a fixed price fee to cover selection of appropriate construction professionals, to eliminate slippage and to manage costs.
The service begins with a scope of work, offering guidance on the next step towards appointing contractors. Once in place, K1 offers homeowners two 20 minute professional calls per week. The calls will cover strategy and coordination for each project either on the phone or via zoom. During the calls, homeowners can expect to identity potential areas in their home build project that can effect timelines and effect budgets while also monitoring weekly spend.
This service is also bolstered by two weekly calls with a Project Managers and a Building Consultants – these heavy hitters have more than 50 year’s experience between them.
